Fantasy RB rankings at the beginning of 2022

We understand that the fantasy season of 2021 ended just a moment ago, but it doesn’t hurt to look at next year, especially for those who are in the dynasty or league goalkeepers. We know that there are also people who only play reworked leagues who are interested in the prospect of a run back next year, and our Fantasy RB Rankings from the beginning of 2022 will give you an insight.

Christian McCaffrey has been RB No. 1 (and overall 1st choice) in the last few fantasy drafts, but after two seasons interrupted by injury, a new face is at the top and CMC is falling quite low. Of course, anyone who places in the top five to eight places can realistically be the No. 1 shooter when all is said and done, but injury history, past production, and future projections all burden our rankings.

Quarterback Wide receiver Fixed end D / ST

McCaffrey is just one of many RBs that end in seasons full of injuries, so there will be plenty of risky options, but they all have a high advantage. Cam Akers (Achilles), JK Dobbins (knee) and Travis Etienne (leg) teamed up with fantasy points during the 17th week due to pre-season injuries and we saw Derrick Henry, James Robinson, Alvin Kamar, Elijah Mitchell, D’Andre. Swift, Nick Chubb, Saquon Barkley, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Leonard Fournette and others are missing significant parts of the fantasy season. We know that this is the most fragile group in fantasy, but it is impossible to put together a strong RB group with little or no injury history.

Fournette and James Conner are scheduled to become free agents in 2022, so their landing sites will, of course, affect their position. If he resigns with Arizona or Tampa Bay, respectively, we will have a general idea of what we can expect, so we will see what happens on this front.

2021 FANTASY: All-Value Team | All-Bust Team

Although the draft class RB 2022 does not look particularly strong yet, there are some newcomers who land in favorable places, which will affect our location. For now, we’re placing Breece Hall in our top 25, but Kenneth Walker, Isaiah Spiller and others could sneak in when the pre-season comes.
