Chargers vs. Live Scores Raiders, updates, highlights from the NFL “Sunday Night Football” match

The Raiders will host the Chargers in a battle to keep both teams in the playoffs.

The winning team will automatically advance to the NFL 2022 playoffs, with both teams needing at least a draw to secure a seat. Winning at home will extend the Raiders winning streak and place Las Vegas as a seed seven. However, if the Chargers win, they will advance to the playoffs and eliminate Las Vegas.

Because the Colts lost to the Jaguars 26-11 on Sunday afternoon, both the Raiders and the Chargers can make the playoffs if the match ends in a draw. The outcome of the match will also affect the Steelers’ chances of the playoffs, as Pittsburgh won 16-13 on the road against the Ravens.

MORE: What does the Jaguars win mean for the Chargers vs. Raiders

During their last meeting in Week 4, the Chargers won 28-14 against the Raiders at home. Herbert completed 25 of 38 passes for 222 yards with three touchdowns, while Derek Carr completed 21 of 34 passes for 196 yards with two touchdowns and interception.

Justin Herbert will lead the Chargers on the road in full force, with no player on the COVID-19 substitutes list. Last week, during a 34:13 Los Angeles win against the Broncos, he teamed up with wide receiver Mike Williams for 63 yards and a touchdown. Although running back Raiders leader Josh Jacobs and close end Darren Waller have been listed as controversial due to injuries earlier this week, both players are expected to play in the game you have to win.
