What time are the NFL playoff games today? TV program, channels for Saturday’s double match with placeholders

With the first round of the NFL playoffs kicking off on Saturday, today’s AFC matches could be among the biggest of the weekend with a wild card.

In one game, there are two franchises – Las Vegas and Cincinnati – both of which are desperately looking for their first playoff victory in more than a decade. Both teams finished the year 10-7, although they got there very differently and with different stories in the game during the season.

In the next match, Bills and Patriots will face each other for the third time this season. Opponents from AFC East played in two very different matches both times, with the Patriots playing with the ball at will in the first match and the Bills returning and winning in the second meeting with an overview.

Given what’s at stake for all four teams that will enter the field on Saturday, and the history and competition in the game, the first day with wild cards may be one of the best.

What time are the NFL playoff games today?

Raiders Vs. Bengalis

  • Date: January 15, 2022
  • Location: Paul Brown Stadium, Cincinnati, Ohio
  • Start time: 4:30 PM ET

The first day of the NFL event begins with a historic match. Las Vegas is back in the playoffs for the first time since 2016 and only for the second time since 2002, when it won the Super Bowl. Cincinnati, meanwhile, is back in the postseason for the first time since 2015 and has not won a playoff match since 1991, when they were defeated by the Raiders in the divisional round.

Under temporary coach Rich Bisaccio, the Raiders led 7-5 and won the last four games to make it to the playoffs. This year they were relatively in the middle of the team, when they were in 18th place in scoring the attack, 11th in the overall attack, 26th in the defense and 14th in the overall defense.

Cincinnati has meanwhile improved drastically, this year 10-7 after the 4-11-1 campaign last season. Much of this has to do with the connection between Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase, as the team placed seventh in scoring and 13th overall.

  • Start time: afternoon

The main settlement of the first day of the weekend with wildcards should be good. The Bills and Patriots have played twice this season, playing very different matches each time. The first match, New England won 14-10 at Bufalu after running 222 yards and throwing the ball only three times.

After the match, defensive stars Buffalo in Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde were asked if they were ashamed of the team’s running defense that night, while Sean McDermott downplayed the credit that Bill Belichick deserved for this victory.

The second round took place, according to Bill, when they defeated New England at 33:21 at Gillette Stadium, where they had a total of 428 yards of attack, with Josh Allen throwing at 314 yards and three touchdowns, while Mac Jones was eliminated twice. .
