US Ice Hockey Men’s roster: Three selections in the first round, six former NHL main delegations to Beijing

The list of men’s 2022 Ice Hockey Olympics in the USA was presented on Thursday and is expected to be full of university players. Of the 25 players on the roster, 15 play collegiate hockey. Another six US players played in the NHL.

You will not find active NHL players in this year’s Olympic team. The league decided not to send them to Beijing because it decided to give up the Olympic break and catch up with the matches postponed due to COVID-19. The NHL didn’t send any players to the 2018 games either.

With no NHL players on the rosters, this year’s tournament is likely to feature fans showing the many players who will participate and a chance for some of the players to become known before their professional careers begin.

Here is a list of the US men’s hockey team before the 2022 Winter Games in Beijing. The men’s ice hockey competition begins on February 9.
